Nike Offers NTC Premium, a workout app for free as People are Home-Quarantine

Optimism and courage are two of the characteristics that define the world of sport.

At Nike, we continue to be inspired by the ways people make sport a daily habit, even in the most challenging of times.

To help encourage that further, programming from NTC Premium, a subscription-based service available in the U.S. that includes studio-style streaming workouts, progressive training programs (including bodyweight-only) and expert tips from our elite Nike Master Trainers, is now accessible at no charge.

We’re evolving as the world is evolving and we want you to stay healthy and active. Enjoy on-demand class-style workouts, programs, and expert tips on nutrition, sleep, and more with free access to NTC Premium to all Nike Members until further notice.

To support all athletes wherever they are, Nike provides multiple formats of workout classes, coaching, motivation, nutrition guidance and training tips via our digital ecosystem — the, the Nike Running Club app, the Nike Training Club app, our social channels, and our award winning podcast, TRAINED.

Within the NTC system, there is a library of more than 185 workouts ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. These span bodyweight-only sessions, yoga classes, targeted training programs (think abs, arms and glutes) and full-equipment workouts for all fitness levels.

Beginning March 23, Nike’s social handles, nike.com and the Nike App will also offer new tips on mindset, movement, nutrition, recovery and sleep.

Given Nike’s expertise, our history of listening to athletes and turning their insights into action, as well as our belief in movement, our focus continues to be to provide all athletes with the tools, motivation and affirmation to help fuel physical and mental health. While, right now, athletes may not be able to play together or before millions of fans, they can unite and stand for something bigger by staying home and playing for the world.
